SERVER RULES

RF Exquisite Server Rules and Penalty Guidelines

I. Respectful Communication and Conduct

A. Prohibited Insults and Harassment

All players are required to communicate respectfully at all times.

Do not use insults or slurs based on race, ethnicity, nationality, or skin color.
Do not use insults or slurs based on sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
Do not use demeaning, insulting, or degrading language directed at parents or family members.

Penalty:

1st offense: 3-day chat ban
2nd offense: 7-day chat ban
3rd offense: 30-day chat ban

B. Respect for Staff and GMs

All RF Exquisite Staff and GMs must be treated with respect at all times.

Do not insult, harass, or threaten any Staff or GM in any way.
Do not use abusive or disrespectful language when communicating with Staff or GMs.

Penalty:

1st offense: 30-day chat ban
2nd offense: 60-day chat ban
3rd offense: 120-day chat ban

C. General Conduct Towards Server and Community

Do not talk negatively about the server or its staff in a manner that is hostile or damaging.
For comments, suggestions, or complaints, communicate directly and respectfully with staff.

II. Gameplay Rules and Exploit Prevention

A. Force Logout and Skill-Related Abuses

Force Logout is not allowed under any circumstance.
Logging out after casting Force Freezing (Bellato) or Solid Mode (Accretia) is treated as Force Logout.
Cut skills (any method used to cancel or abuse skill mechanics for unfair advantage) are not allowed.

Penalty (for each of the above):

1st offense: 3-day ban
2nd offense: 7-day ban
3rd offense: 30-day ban

B. Glitching, Terrain Abuse, and Hiding

Glitching and hiding in MAU, inside the Chip, using towers to hide, or hiding players on parked MAU are prohibited.
Passing through terrain where characters cannot normally walk (terrain glitching) is prohibited.
Hitting mobs from positions where the mob cannot hit back or from anything that is not normally clickable is prohibited.
Illegal MAU parking inside the Chip for the purpose of hiding is prohibited.

Penalty (for each of the above):

1st offense: 3-day ban
2nd offense: 7-day ban
3rd offense: 30-day ban

C. Safe Zone and Support Skill Abuse

Healing and debuffing while in a safe zone in a way that abuses safety to gain unfair advantage is not allowed.
Trash buffing (providing or spamming unnecessary or disruptive buffs to grief other players) is not allowed.

Penalty (for each of the above):

1st offense: 3-day ban
2nd offense: 7-day ban
3rd offense: 30-day ban

D. Traps, Towers, and Spawn Camping

Placing traps or towers directly on spawn points or portals is not allowed.
Any setup intended to spawn-kill players without fair chance to react is prohibited.

Penalty:

1st offense: 3-day ban
2nd offense: 7-day ban
3rd offense: 30-day ban

E. Nukes, Potions, and Combat Restrictions

Nukes may only be used in Cragmine, except in Core, Z, and after HSK is declared safe.
Using Chaos Potion during Chip War (CW) is not allowed.

Penalty (for each of the above):

1st offense: 3-day ban
2nd offense: 7-day ban
3rd offense: 30-day ban

III. Race, Contribution, and Event Integrity

A. Race HQ and Territory Rules

Intentionally going to a different race’s HQ on purpose, when not intended by game design, is not allowed.

Penalty:

1st offense: 3-day ban
2nd offense: 7-day ban
3rd offense: 30-day ban

B. Feeding and Point Manipulation

Certain, Tempo, and Contribution Points feeding (any intentional kill or action to artificially raise another player’s points) is not allowed.

Penalty:

1st offense: 3-day ban
2nd offense: 7-day ban
3rd offense: 30-day ban

C. Archon Responsibilities

Elected Archons are required to participate in at least one Chip War (CW) daily.
Obtaining an HMS scanner does not count as CW attendance.
If an elected Archon is inactive, the race must report this to staff within 24 hours.
Inactive Archons reported within the allowed time may have their Contribution Points (CPT) reduced to 0.

IV. Account, Identity, and Representation

A. Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all actions taken on your account.
Sharing your account with pilots or friends is at your own risk.
Lost items, changed passwords, or sold items caused by others using your account will not be retrieved or replaced.
If your account is used to hack or break the rules, it will be banned in accordance with these rules.

B. Impersonation and Naming Rules

Impersonating Staff or GM in any way is not allowed.
Using in-game names (IGN) that contain GM, ADMIN, or similar forms suggesting staff identity is not allowed.

Penalty:

Permanent ban

IGNs that contain only the letters “i” or “l” (making the name unreadable or misleading) will be changed to a random name by staff.

C. Treatment of GMs

Never insult a GM or treat them improperly.
GMs are volunteers and must be given proper respect at all times.

V. Advertising, Hacking, and Exploits

A. Promotion and Advertising

Promoting or advertising other websites, games, or servers in-game or on any official RF Exquisite page is not allowed.

Penalty:

Permanent ban

B. Hacking, Third-Party Programs, and Exploits

Using third-party programs, including but not limited to bots, cheats, memory editors, autoclickers, trainers, or similar tools that affect gameplay, is strictly prohibited.
Any form of hacking, exploiting, or unfair manipulation of game mechanics is not allowed.
All bugs and exploits must be reported immediately to the team.

Penalty:

Permanent ban

C. Bug-Related Abuses

CB Buff Bug abuse is not allowed.
To remove CB Buff Bug, you must leave and rejoin the guild as instructed by staff.

Penalty:

1st offense: 3-day ban
2nd offense: 7-day ban
3rd offense: 30-day ban

D. Spreading False Information

Spreading fake news or misinformation that can negatively affect the server, its reputation, or its community is not allowed.

Penalty:

1st offense: 3-day ban
2nd offense: 7-day ban
3rd offense: 30-day ban
